Who is Rhonda Byrne?

Rhonda Byrne is a very talented Australian television producer and writer who is known all over the world for producing one of the most inspiring films of all time, The Secret.

Rhonda Byrne exposed The Secret in 2006 and since then it has gone on to sell over 4 million copies worldwide as a book and over 2 million copies as a DVD. The Secret also became an internet phenomenon when it spread like wildfire across news and blog sites in every country. This outstanding achievement was recognized by Time Magazine in 2007, when they included Rhonda Byrne in a list of 100 people who shape the world.

The Secret has even helped Rhonda Byrne through her own hardships. Back in 2004 she suffered the loss of her father, Ronald, which was the first in a painful chain of events that rocked the very foundations of her life. Soon after, she was producing a six-part crime series that was plagued with problems from the start and the show’s subject matter left her feeling depressed and extricated from her friends and family. Her accountant called soon after to inform her that within a month she was going to be broke. The book lit a fire inside her, forcing her to spend the next few weeks tirelessly tracing the philosophy behind Wattle’s inspiring book. After reading everything she could her hands on, Rhonda Byrne eventually gave birth to The Secret, which would change her life and the lives of everyone, forever.
